SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Criminal street gang; definitions; penalty.  Expands the definition of predicate criminal act under crimes by gangs to include threats to bomb (§ 18.2-83) and receiving money for procuring person for prostitution (§ 18.2-356).  This bill is identical to SB 473.
