SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Emblems, designations and honors; storyteller laureate.  Creates the honorary position of Storyteller Laureate of Virginia, to be appointed by the Governor from a list of nominees submitted by the Virginia Storytelling Alliance. Each storyteller laureate shall serve a term of two years with no restrictions on reappointment.
