SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Certification of political party candidates for general, special, and primary elections. Provides that the individual who acts for the party to certify candidates for the party primary or as party nominees shall not be a candidate for that primary or election. The party shall designate another party official to certify its candidates in such cases.
