SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alternative fuel vehicles; high-occupancy lanes. Extends the sunset authorizing HOV lane use by vehicles bearing clean special fuel license plates to July 1, 2008. The bill also amends the definition of "clean special fuel" by adding that such vehicles must average more than 50 miles per gallon. This bill has been incorporated into HB 1248.
