Claims; Rodney Robinette and Susan Cowden.  Provides relief for Rodney Robinette and Susan Cowden in the amount of $175.00 to be paid by August 1, 2006. Mr. Robinette and Ms. Cowden paid $175.00 to purchase property at an escheat sale. It was subsequently discovered that the property had improperly escheated to the Commonwealth.
