SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Health insurance credits for retired state employees. Increases the monthly cap for health insurance credits provided to retired state employees by eliminating the cap on the number of years of service used to compute the credit. The bill is contingent on funding in the appropriation act.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Health insurance credits for retired state employees. Increases the monthly health insurance credits provided to retired state employees from $4 per year of creditable service to $6 per year of creditable service, and removes the maximum monthly cap of $120.
