SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Repeal of Virginia Scholars Program.  Repeals sections relating to the Virginia Scholars Program by recommendation of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia and the Code Commission.  The Virginia Scholars Program is no longer functional and does not receive appropriations.
