SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Bail bondsmen; equity ratio of property and outstanding bonds. Allows a bail bondsman to write bonds up to four times the value of his financial holdings (current law requires a 1:1 ratio), and provides that no single bond shall represent more than 25% of his collateral.
