SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Comprehensive Services Act; receipt of funds. Requires children's residential facilities to be Medicaid providers in order to be eligible for reimbursement under this Act. This bill also allows the Director of the Department of Medical Assistance Services to enroll out-of-state residential facilities to be Medicaid providers if they are providing services to children under the Act.
