SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Assessment for courthouse construction, renovation or maintenance.  Increases from $2 to $12 the allowable assessment for local governments on civil, criminal and traffic filings and removes the cap of $4 when assessed in conjunction with a law library fee.
