SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Contents of registration card.  Provides that vehicle registration cards shall state that the vehicle registration card and license plates shall be surrendered immediately to the Department in the event that the vehicle insurance is cancelled either by the insurer or the insured for any reason.
