SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Licensing of dogs and cats.  Requires licensed veterinarians to forward to the local treasurer vaccination information for dogs. The local treasurer shall, upon receipt of the vaccination information, bill the owners of unlicensed dogs for a pet license. The duration of a dog or cat license may be equal to and run concurrent with the effective period of the rabies vaccination.
