SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alternative fuel vehicles; high-occupancy lanes; penalty. Extends the sunset authorizing HOV lane use by vehicles bearing clean special fuel license plates to July 1, 2007. This bill has been incorporated into HB 1248.
