SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicles between 80,001 and 105,000 pounds.  Sets the registration fee for vehicles between 80,001 and 105,000 pounds at $39.40 for one year, and requires the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner by regulation to supplement the provisions of § 46.2-1126 to establish gross weight and axle-spacing requirements for vehicles up to 105,000 pounds.
