SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Motor vehicle dealers' transaction fees.  Allows motor vehicle dealers to carry out up to 20 "manual transactions" per month with DMV without having to pay an increased fee.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle dealers' transaction fees.  Repeals the January 1, 2006, "sunset" on the 2004 Act of Assembly that temporarily increased from 10 per month to 20 per month the number of manual transactions that may be conducted by a dealer with the Department of Motor Vehicles without incurring an additional fee.
