SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Television receivers in motor vehicles. Provides that the prohibition on television receivers in motor vehicles does not extend to multifunctional devices that can display global positioning and other navigational information or information about the vehicle and its operation and can also be used to display motion pictures or similar video displays when the vehicle's gear shift is in the neutral or park position.
