SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local government taxing authority. Equalizes municipal and county taxing authority by granting a county the same authority available to a municipality through the uniform charter powers if such county contributes 2% or more toward the costs of construction or improvement of the urban system highway or street construction projects within the county.
