SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer licenses; certain restaurant licenses. Provides that for facilities registered with the State Corporation Commission as continuing care communities that are also licensed by the Board, any resident may, upon authorization of the licensee, keep and consume his own lawfully acquired alcoholic beverages on the premises in all areas covered by the license.
