SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Laboratory results; physician immunity. Adds podiatry to the definition of physician under this section and extends this new defintion to § 8.01-581.18:1, relating to the immunity of physicians for lab results and examinations.
