SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Criminal history and central registry check for placements of children. Strikes the limiting language "statewide" so as to permit the entire record of criminal history information to be obtained and considered by the local board and licensed child-placing agency for an individual with whom the board or agency is contemplating a placement.
