SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Emergency sessions of the Supreme Court of Virginia.  Allows the Supreme Court during a state of emergency to convene at such time, in such location, and for such purposes as is necessary for the efficient and effective administration of justice and, in such circumstances, allows the justices to preside through the use of technology in order to satisfy the quorum requirement.
