SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Vehicle window tinting. Allows vehicles operated by or regularly used to transport any person with a medical condition that renders him susceptible to harm or injury from exposure to sunlight or bright artificial light to be equipped with sun-shading or tinting films or applications that reduce the transmission of light into the vehicle to levels deemed necessary by a licensed physician or licensed optometrist. This bill has been incorporated into HB 405.
