SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Attorneys; continuing legal education. Awards six hours of CLE to a lawyer member of the General Assembly, except that the member is not exempt from the ethics requirement. The bill also provides a member or former member of the General Assembly certain credit towards the law-reading program. This bill is identical to HB 54 (Marshall, R.G.).
