SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Special speed limitations on interstate highways.  Allows the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner, upon request or on his own initiative, to conduct an investigation of any interstate highway and, on the basis of his findings, set the maximum speed.
