Eminent domain. Raises from $50,000 to $75,000 the cap on relocation expenses that may be paid to certain persons displaced from their business or farm operation.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Eminent domain. Provides that certain persons displaced from their business or farm operation shall be eligible for payment of 100% of all relocation expenses.
