Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The owner of the Virginia Route 610 bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railway right-of-way 2.25 miles east of Virginia Route 712 and 1.6 miles west of the intersection of Virginia Route 613 in Wythe County shall repair and maintain such structure so as to allow the structure to be posted by the Department of Transportation for a 16-ton weight limit.
