Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Virginia Department of Transportation to reimburse Dickenson County for certain bridge reconstruction costs.

The Virginia Department of Transportation shall, from funds appropriated by the General Assembly for highway maintenance and construction, reimburse Dickenson County for the County's necessary and actual expenses incurred in the reconstruction of the low-water bridge in the Town of Pound.
