SENATE BILL NO. 438 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Rules February 3, 2006) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Lambert) A BILL to amend and reenact § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Joint Commission on Health Care.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-170. (Effective until July 1, 2007 2010) Sunset.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 2007 2010.
