VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 671 of the Acts of Assembly of 2001, as amended by the second enactment of Chapters 63 and 70 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, relating to local health partnership authorities.  [S 252] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 671 of the Acts of Assembly of 2001, as amended by the second enactment of Chapters 63 and 70 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, is repealed.
