Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of § 33.1-221, the grant made on October 9, 2001, by the Department of Transportation to Floyd County under the provisions of § 33.1-221 of the Code of Virginia is hereby extended until March 30, 2007.
