HOUSE BILL NO. 239 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Delegate Suit on February 6, 2006) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Suit) A BILL to repeal § 20-27 of the Code of Virginia, relating to fees for the celebration of marriage.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 20-27 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
