Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 58.1-4013.1 as follows:

§ 58.1-4013.1. Fees prohibited for use of copyrighted material.

The State Lottery Department shall not charge any fees for any individual or entity to use copyrighted words, phrases, or any other material of the State Lottery Department.
