2006 SESSION
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-1307.1 as follows:
§ 46.2-1307.1. Designation of private roads as highways for law-enforcement purposes in Warren County.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 46.2-1307, the governing body of Warren County may adopt ordinances designating the private roads, within any residential development containing 50 or more lots, as highways for law-enforcement purposes.
