CHAPTER 178 An Act to amend and reenact § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Joint Commission on Health Care. [S 438] Approved March 23, 2006

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-170. (Effective until July 1, 2007 2010) Sunset.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 2007 2010.
