SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Boating safety course. Requires courts to order any person who has been convicted of violating a boating law that imposes a penalty of a Class 3 misdemeanor or greater to pass a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators approved boating safety course, accepted by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.
