Each jurisdiction or combination of jurisdictions that intends to establish a drug treatment court shall make application to the state drug treatment court advisory committee, which shall review such application and make recommendations for approval or denial to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.  Such courts shall be established with such funds as may be provided by the Supreme Court.
