That the deed conveying the property relating to any sales contract entered into pursuant to this act shall include a covenant that the apartment building or apartment complex, for a period of 15 years from the date of the purchase, shall have at least 20% of the units rented to persons whose income is determined to be less than 50% of the area median income.
