Upon relocation to a site as provided for in § 25.1-410.1, the sport shooting range shall not be subject to any local ordinance regulating noise control standards more stringent than those in effect at the time the construction or operation was approved, or at the time any application was submitted for construction or operation of the range at its original site prior to relocation.
