Resolution; commending Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry on its dental preceptorship program.  Commends the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry on its dental preceptorship program, and expresses the gratitude of the General Assembly regarding the school's dedication to the dental profession and the public health of the citizens of the Commonwealth.
