Study; effect of new overtime regulations on employees in the Commonwealth of Virginia; report.  Requests the Virginia Employment Commission, with the assistance of the Department of Labor and Industry, to study the impact of the overtime compensation regulations promulgated by the U. S. Department of Labor effective August 23, 2004, on employees in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
