SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Anniversary of the Virginians with Disabilities Act. Commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Virginians with Disabilities Act. This landmark legislation preceded the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by more than five years and was considered by many to be the model for the federal legislation that created the ADA.
