SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; Virginia Housing Commission; notification and right of first refusal to local housing authorities and nonprofit housing organizations upon intended sale of multifamily properties; report. Directs the Virginia Housing Commission to study the feasibility of requiring the owner of an existing multifamily housing property to notify the housing authority and nonprofit housing organization, if any, in the locality in which the property is located of the intended sale and to provide the authority or nonprofit housing organization with a right of first refusal for the purchase of the property.
