SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Notaries public. Requires each notary to keep an official seal, describes the information required to be on the seal, and requires that the affixed seal be a legible, permanent, and photographically reproducible image. The bill also requires that the seal not be possessed or used by any other person and not be surrendered to an employer upon termination of employment.
