SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Elections; procedures at polling places.  Requires a voter to remain in the polling place in the presence of the officers of election from the time that his name is marked on the pollbook as being present to vote and until he has cast his vote.  This bill is identical to HB 2101.
