SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of VASCAR speed determination devices. Adds the City of Charlottesville to the list of localities that may use VASCAR (visual average speed computer and recorder) speed determination devices. Presently, use of these devices by local law-enforcement personnel is limited to the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park and the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William and towns within them.
