Regulation of mopeds. The bill grants the City of Charlottesville and the City of Hopewell the same ability presently granted counties, cities, and towns located within the Northern Virginia Planning District to limit the operation of motorcycles, mopeds, electric power-assisted bicycles, trail-bikes, mini-bikes, or go-carts.
