SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Obscene videos in motor vehicles; penalty. Makes it unlawful (Class 4 misdemeanor, fine up to $250) for the operator of any motor vehicle on a public highway to display or permit the display within the vehicle of any motion picture or video display that is obscene if such motion picture or video display can be seen by persons outside the vehicle.
