SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Peninsula Ports Authority.  Allows appointment to the commission of the Peninsula Ports Authority of persons who are nonresidents of the localities embraced within the authority provided they have a principal place of business within one of those localities. This bill is identical to HB 1723.
