SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Uniform requirements for sheriffs and sheriff's deputies.  Allows sheriffs and their deputies to wear any uniform that easily identifies the local law-enforcement officers to members of the public, so long as the design and style are approved by the sheriff and worn in accordance with policies established by the sheriff. This bill is identical to HB 1911.
