SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; conditions to refuse licenses. Requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) to refuse to grant a mixed beverage license if the ABC Board determines that in the licensed establishment there are customers, who are not law enforcement officers, that the licensee knows or should know are carrying firearms and who are served alcoholic beverages.

Requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) to refuse to grant a mixed beverage license if the ABC Board determines that in the licensed establishment there are customers carrying loaded firearms that the licensee does not prohibit.
